When I saw you, you look so surprised, and the oceans flowed through your blue-grey eyes, and I stood and gazed through hot summer days, so tell me,

How do you feel? Can you see the giant light person holding the McDonalds sign?
My favourite shops are the gothic shops, they are so so great. You're not allowed to take pictures inside, they're that amazing

Treasures

Set me free, I've got the key

Hahaaaaaa I saw these folks rocking out on the roof of Namba Parks where I usually go to read. The guy in the suit was actually a waiter at the restaurant they were in front of, and when they finished he just hopped down and went back to taking people's orders

Chameleon, comedian, corinthian and caricature

I went to Tannowa beach the other day
There was an excessive amount of safety mirrors on every street corner
Hi!
Dawwww (^o^)These rocks were huge and artificial. Hyena:Yeah, Be prepared.
Yeah-heh... we'll be prepared...For what?
Scar: For the death of the king.
Hyena: Why? Is he sick?
Scar: No, fool- we're going to kill him. And Simba too.

Bye beach!

Everything leaves an emptiness when it stops. If it was bad its filled up by itself. If it was good you can only fill it by finding something better

I went to Mount Koya and stayed at a temple. The greatest experience I've had in Japan so far
The nearly vertical cable car track up to the mountainThe garden outside my room
Dinner!
Okunoin, the forest graveyard. All the statues had lots of bibs and knitted hats on, with money and food and lollies and lots of other things left in front of them. It was so calm and peaceful and quiet but eerie and i got a bit scared on the long walk back in the dark
There was hundreds of lanterns in there, two of which have been burning for more than 900 years supposedly oooh I couldn't see what was in this pyramid thing, so I took this picture, woah so scary, I actually ran away freaking out
They'd put a bed in my room while I was out, nice monks! The whole town was silent and in bed by 10:00 and I had the best nights sleep
The morning ceremony was at 6.30, lots of chanting and incense and symbol clapping, it was hypnotic. Then we went down to this tiny room where one monk banged a huge drum and the others kept reciting and another made a fire and burnt things. It was much nicer and spiritual than how it sounds thoughBiiiiig temples. Pretty much every building in the main area of the town was a temple or shrine or some structure of religious significance. Everywhere you went you could smell incense and it was. just. so. peaceful.
Decided suddenly to take a hike along the trail the women pilgrims used to take around Koyasan. They weren't allowed in before um 1900 because the mountain is sacred and women would dirty the place up
Got way too into the hike and got to a point of where I just couldn't turn back as I'd originally planned, so had to just do the whole 10 km walk. It was brutal. So much sweat and dirt and sunburn. I didn't see a single other person (or animal for that matter, its not like australian bush walking) the whole time, it was amazing. I did see about 20 different kinds of crazy wild mushrooms though, but my camera had long died by then
I got to the top and saw this. Ah! beautiful! I love trees and moss and dirt and streams and rocks and leaves and sweat from climbing mountains
